Amount $20 (Litter Registration) + $3.50 per puppy
- Litter Registrations will now include Non-Breeding/Pet and Temporary Registration Certificates
- Registration forms will be emailed to owner(s) with copies to the breeder(s) of record
- owners without email address will have their papers emailed to breeder of record for distribution

Name Change, Temporary & Non-Breeding Registrations

Effective January 1, 2025 :: Temporary Registration Certificates for upgradeable and breedable dogs AND Non-Breeding Registration Certificates for pets are issued at time of Litter Registration.

There is no fee for this initial name change. Your application is now complete.
All who are processing an Application for Registration, proceed to either Temporary Registration Certificate (Puppy), or Pet (Non-Breeding Registration Certificate for payment.
