Your Litter Application has been received. You will be notified via email upon its acceptance shortly.

Don’t forget the following needs to be on file at Registry Office in order to complete your application:

• Photos: 2 (two) pictures of the entire litter with the dam taken within 10 days of birth, and 2 (two) pictures of the entire litter taken between 40-70 days (6-8 weeks) of age
• Litter Health Report, completed & signed by licensed veterinarian when puppies are between 49-60 days
• Litter Placement Report, if information not included in application
• Dam – TSSR Breedable Registration Papers
• Sire – TSSR Breedable Registration Papers, or in case of non-TSSR stud, a copy of his registration, as well as all TSSR required health and temperament certifications for breeding dogs
• DNA for both sire and dam need to be on file, or in process at time of application
